Terms & Conditions
Terms:
For additional services, a 50% deposit is required and final payment is due 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations must be received in writing (email is accepted).
Cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival, full refund less $ 150 administrative fee.
Cancellation within 30-21 days of arrival a 50% penalty, within 21 days of arrival, 100% penalty.
For Weddings after hours (normal hours are city hall hours) or on weekends or holidays, please add an additional $125.

Conditions:
A minimum stay of 7 nights in a Beachfront Suite for the Bride and Groom.
Maximum 10 non-guests at the Wedding Ceremony, including witnesses.
For a Wedding Ceremony of 20-30 guests a minimum stay of 7 nights in a Beachfront Suite for the Bride and Groom and 8-10 rooms for the guests is required, minimum stay 3 nights.
Wedding reception for more than 30 and up to 50 guests will be quoted separately. A minimum of 15-20 rooms will be required.
Full credit card payment of wedding package is due at the time of reservation.
Legal Requirements and Procedures
The Wedding planer must receive the following documents at least 2 months in advance:
Two (2) passport photos of the Bride and the Groom
A clear photocopy of each passport (valid at least 6 months from departure date).
Original birth certificate (issued by the state, or province of birth). Names of both mother and father must appear on certificate. Document must be current and valid for 1 year.
Original declaration of civil Status-Single, divorced, widowed (issue by the State or Province). If divorced or widowed, the decree must be included.
Certificate of Capacity to contract marriage.
Proof of adoption or name changes.
Date of arrival on Bonaire and intended length of stay on Bonaire.
Payment of wedding package option in advance.
All documents must be valid no more than six months from issue date.
All documents must be originals with official government seal.
If providing your own witnesses they must provide:
Photocopy of valid passport. Original will be required upon arrival.
Witnesses must be registered by the Wedding Planner at the Registrar's office.
2 witnesses are required if Wedding is performed at Passagraham (City Hall) and 6 witnesses if in another location (Beach)
An Apostille is required for citizens of: Canada, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, United States, and United Kingdom. An Apostille document is a validation of a certificate and is ONLY issued by the office of Vital Statistics located within the state or province capital offices. Country municipalities or city offices cannot issue an Apostille. Birth certificate, Declaration of Civil Status, Divorce or Widowed Decree must be accompanied by an “Apostille”.

Other Considerations:
The Wedding may take place after a temporary residency has been issued by the local authorities and received at the Immigration Office (Wedding planner arranges this).
Wedding may take place 3 days (does not have to be 3 business days) after official registration at the Registrar's office. It is recommended to arrive at least four days before the Wedding date in order to complete the official Government documents.
Weddings can now take place outside the official Government building for example at the beach, or on a boat. However there is an extra charge for this option depending upon details.
